i've been wondering for a while, you know those "publisher record cards" that the jw's hold which detail each "publisher", well i remember reading that they are not for the person to view, they are strictly for the elders use..if that's the case, (that bugged me even when when i was a jw) would that not be a breach of the privacy act ??

Hey man, hope you're doing better now. It's funny that you mention that song, I remember back when it was popular a few years back in NZ (home) adn I was still a JW. I would listen to that song and although I was a pretty strong JW I remember thinking to myself how great it eould be to live by my terms, that it's MY life and that Idon't want/aren't going to live forever and that I should be having fun while I'm here, not bound by the religious shit........such a good feeling now !!

i have been bailed up once on the train to work early on a saturday morning, outside parliament station on another saturday morning and 5 minutes later walking down the street by 3 gorgeous chicks using their charm..oops radiant spirits to flick off the mags.. maybe there is a price on my head......

i called my dad a few minutes ago to have a chat, and after all was said and done and we'd spoken about work, life (mine's fantastic btw) etc he tells me that "he thinks that what i need is some spiritual direction and belief in my life" !!

I was sooooooooooo mad - can we not just be father and son and talk, leaving the disagreeable matters alone?? Every time we talk he does it, he just can't help himself...I said to him in reply "no I don't need that Dad, what I learnt was mind-bending, brainwashing bullshit......" - which resulted in him hanging up....After he'd done the usual JW shit of discrediting my intelligence and belief in evolution...
Maybe you can relate, maybe you can't but I am so so fucked off with him and the entire bunch of fuckwit retards that make the JW's....
i've just got back from the watchnight service, and what a crowd were there.
there must have been easily well over 400 people.
the town hall was packed upstairs and down.

Hi lavendar !! That would be great, I feel the same about a lot of my family too - Dad, cousins, uncles and aunties...but it's their choice, so we've got to enjoy the day to the fullest extent and hopefully one day they'll feel the same happiness :)

Hi greendawn!! Well I've just been speaking to my friend in Italy and they've just hit Xmas day...and my Irish lads back in Sydney, Xmas for them too...My brother lives in Cambridgeshire, so hopefully you don't all get snowed in :P We're about to have lunch now, it's great to be home with Mum for xmas (I can't cook all that well) :D One of my sisters me a pen with a headphone/FM radio attachment and also a watch, from the States so I thought that was pretty gnarly...more to come later :)
